COVID-19 clinic protocol

We want to keep in touch with all of you in response to the COVID-19 virus concerns. Please see the COVID-19 UPDATE tab for more information.

 

For medication, food and or product pick up, we ask that you call our clinic to place your order. We are asking clients to pay for your purchases over the phone. We will ask when you estimate pick up, and will place your purchase in a labeled cooler outside our front door. We clean and sterilize cooler after each pick up.

Please call for appointment scheduling updates for our small animal clinic and equine ambulatory services.

***IF YOU OR ANYONE IN YOUR HOME IS EXPERIENCING COLD/FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS, PLEASE LET US KNOW BEFORE YOUR CLINIC OR FARM APPOINTMENT***

We are trying to implement social distancing, for this reason we are asking clients to remain in their car for clinic appointments. Please call the clinic when you arrive (920) 206-6155. Please make sure your pet is secured on a leash or pet carrier. A staff member will meet you at your car to bring your pet into our clinic while you wait in your car. We will do our exam and will then call you with your pet’s treatment plan and go over any questions you may have. Payments can be taken over the phone at this time.

For equine appointments, we are doing our best to implement social distancing as well. We are asking clients, barn staff and barn owners to remain at least 6 feet from Dr. Jim and his assistant, his assistant will hold your horse for scheduled procedures to limit contact.
